12. LS427/570 – “Racing Tech in a Crate”

GM built this 7.0L monster using all the good stuff from the LS7, then added a high-lift cam to juice out 570 hp and 540 lb-ft. It’s a naturally aspirated powerhouse meant for track junkies and weekend warriors.

But heads up: it’s discontinued, hard to find, and costs a small fortune. Great for race teams. For the rest of us? We’ll just admire it from afar… and maybe frame a dyno chart.
